DELIVERY TIME & COST

All orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped with FedEx Economy or International Priority depending on the customer's decision during order checkout.

Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be processed the following business day. Please note that _JULIUS OFFICIAL STORE operation follows the Japanese Annual Calendar.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, or delays caused by Holidays or natural disasters (both international and domestic).

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, and the cost will vary depending on the delivery destination and size of an item.

SHIPPING & IMPORT DUTIES

We offer international shipping with duties and taxes included.
For eligible destinations, we ship under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangement.

This means you will not need to pay any additional customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery — all costs are covered by us at the time of shipment.

SHIPPING TIME & METHOD

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
International delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days depending on your location.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

Approximately $10 USD (or equivalent to the region's respective currency) shipping and handling fee may be added to all special release items at checkout. ($5 USD for each additional special release item)
